New-to-Market Property Alerts are instantly delivered to leads - via text or email - for new homes matching the lead’s property and community preferences. All visitors to a Homedart Open House are automatically signed up for property alerts.
The following types of alerts are delivered to Homedart leads:
New properties that match the initial property requested,
Price changes on the initial property the lead requested,
Sales status change (contract, sold) on the initial property
Property alert criteria are set according to the price, # beds / baths, and zip code of the initial property the lead received via an Open House follow-up or other Homedart message sent to the lead. The criteria and frequency of alerts can be adjusted by the homebuyer by selecting "My Search" on the property page.
Modify an Agent’s Lead Alert Settings
The agent adjusts the alert settings for a lead from within the Homedart App. Press “Contact” at the bottom of the screen. Select the lead’s name on the left side of the screen, then scroll down and select Edit Lead. This will launch the Alert Settings or “My Search” page for that lead.
Modify the price point, % above and below the target price, the number of beds and baths, and frequency of delivery of the Property Alert from the Edit Lead screen. All lead Home Search Preferences, including the price point, are automatically set when a lead is initially added into Homedart.
All leads will have the initial property associated with their profile set as a Watched property. The lead will receive an alert whenever the status changes for this property. For example, when the home goes to contract, is sold, or is reduced in price.
For any lead, toggle the green button next to Home Search Alerts and Watched Property Alerts to cancel notifications to this lead.
Changes to settings are saved only if the Save button is selected. To cancel any changes made for a lead, press Exit.
